These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of curtispools.com and any quote request, message or inquiry you send us through it. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Part I. Use of This Website
You may use this site to learn about our services, view our work, and request a consultation or quote. You agree not to use the site to transmit unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems, or to scrape, copy or republish the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time. We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Part II. Quotes, Estimates and Service Agreements
Submitting a form on this site does not create a contract. A quote request, contact form submission, phone call or chat conversation is a request for information. It does not obligate Curtis Pools to perform work, and it does not obligate you to purchase anything.
Any pool construction, renovation, resurfacing, repair or maintenance work Curtis Pools performs is governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and by Curtis Pools. That signed agreement — including its scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, timeline, change-order process, warranty terms and cancellation terms — controls the work. Where anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Site conditions, permitting requirements, engineering, soil conditions, utility locations, material availability and requested changes can affect scope, price and schedule. Any change to an estimate or a signed agreement is handled in writing.
Project timelines are planning estimates, not guarantees. Permitting, inspections, weather, subcontractor availability and supply conditions are outside our control.
Part III. Warranties
Warranty coverage for work performed by Curtis Pools is set out in your signed written agreement. Equipment, finishes and materials supplied by third-party manufacturers carry their own manufacturer warranties, which are provided by the manufacturer and not by Curtis Pools.
Nothing on this website creates a warranty. Content on this site — including service descriptions, project photography, articles and frequently asked questions — is general information about what we do, not a warranty, guarantee or promise of any particular result.
Except as stated in your signed agreement and as required by Florida law, this site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Part IV. Pool Safety
Swimming pools carry inherent risks, including the risk of drowning. Florida law imposes residential pool safety requirements on pool owners. Safety information on this site is general and is not a substitute for compliance with applicable law, manufacturer instructions or adult supervision. You are responsible for the safe use, supervision and maintenance of your pool.
Part V. Financing and Third Parties
Curtis Pools works with Lyon Financial for pool financing. Lyon Financial is an independent third-party lender. Curtis Pools does not make lending decisions, set rates or terms, or guarantee approval. All loan applications, approvals, rates, terms and disclosures are between you and the lender.
This site links to third-party websites and uses third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, products, services or practices of third parties. When you follow a link away from this site, the other site's terms and privacy policy apply.
Part VI. Communications and Chat
When you submit a form, call us, or use the chat assistant on this site, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by phone, text message or email using the contact details you provide. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
The chat assistant on this site is automated. Its responses are general information and may be incomplete or inaccurate. It cannot approve pricing, scope, scheduling or warranty coverage. Anything that affects your project is confirmed by a member of our team in writing.

Part VII. Intellectual Property
The content on this site — including text, project photography, graphics, logos and page design — is owned by Curtis Pools or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Part VIII. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Curtis Pools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on its content. This section limits liability arising from the website. It does not limit any obligation Curtis Pools owes you under a signed service agreement, and it does not limit any right you have under Florida law that cannot be waived.
Part IX. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. Disputes about work we performed are handled as set out in your signed service agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
